This content is all about how to live stress free completely.
Let me tell you how to handle stress. If someone wants to understand you
something then don’t expect he will have solution like drink, so that he serves you &
as you drink everything get well soon. Trust me it never happens at least I
don’t experienced yet.
Let me narrate for you, how to handle it. A part of it is based on a video I
encountered before.

Ok, Do you exercise or joined gym.
If yes then there is dumble (the tool used in gym), hold it 2 hours extra
once than your weekly practice.
Or, just take half liter coke bottle. I hope you drink coke or if not
then never mind. I am not brand ambassador, but you can easily carry it, right.
Now, just hold it for 3-5 hours, and what
you will experience is the same bottle which you could carry easily is
bothering you. Means you will start feeling pain in your hand.
Same happens with stress. We repeat some unnecessary topic in mind &
churn it like curd continuously. What happens while churning we get cream, but it’s
opposite here in case of stress, when we think continuously unnecessary we get
more & more junk in mind. And life becomes hell.
You need to throw that topic out of mind like you throw bottle while pain in hand.
See how simple is it; most problems which irritate you are simple like
it if we think of solution instead of problem itself.
Sorry, to stretch story. If I make it short then affect less according
to psychology.
Now, question is how to throw? I don’t have research but less I can tell
is:
1) You know your mind work as you order, so you can persuade your mind
to don’t think of it. Think what you love or some best moments, achievements, dreams...
2) Meditation:
One of the best tools for happy life, Yes- Happiness, it’s all that matter at end as you all experienced. So it will rest to your junk thought forever. It takes practice/ time to be little good in meditation.
If you want to be more accurate then, I got an idea. Try 1 minute program.

3) I minute program:
I think it’s very simple & affordable to spend one minute for your
betterment don’t matter how busy person you are.
You have to choose a specific work & time, right. For work I would
like to suggest about reading but you can do what you wish to do & fix 1
minute random time from 24 hours.
Now, what you have to do is to read minimum 1 minute daily at same time for
that if you have to leave your most important project/ meeting then take off
for 1 minute except emergency.
Practice it daily. You can’t imagine after period the magic of just 1
minute, I bet it will affect your life somewhere. If you are honest with you in
practice 1 minute program. It will surely change your life.
4)Shortcuts
Its shortcut sometime I prefer it, when any unnecessary thought comes
to your mind then start moving head for the few second, it’s like you on emergency
mode, where everything becomes unstable for a moment same instability happens with
unnecessary thoughts.
