Most effective way to live stress-free life

This content is all about how to live stress free completely.

Let me tell you how to handle stress. If someone wants to understand you something then don’t expect he will have solution like drink, so that he serves you & as you drink everything get well soon. Trust me it never happens at least I don’t experienced yet.

Let me narrate for you, how to handle it. A part of it is based on a video I encountered before.
I thought I must share it in own with way.

Ok, Do you exercise or joined gym.

If yes then there is dumble (the tool used in gym), hold it 2 hours extra once than your weekly practice.

Or, just take half liter coke bottle. I hope you drink coke or if not then never mind. I am not brand ambassador, but you can easily carry it, right.

 Now, just hold it for 3-5 hours, and what you will experience is the same bottle which you could carry easily is bothering you. Means you will start feeling pain in your hand.

Same happens with stress. We repeat some unnecessary topic in mind & churn it like curd continuously. What happens while churning we get cream, but it’s opposite here in case of stress, when we think continuously unnecessary we get more & more junk in mind. And life becomes hell.

You need to throw that topic out of mind like you throw bottle while pain in hand.

See how simple is it; most problems which irritate you are simple like it if we think of solution instead of problem itself.

Sorry, to stretch story. If I make it short then affect less according to psychology.

Now, question is how to throw? I don’t have research but less I can tell is:

1) You know your mind work as you order, so you can persuade your mind to don’t think of it. Think what you love or some best moments, achievements, dreams...

2) Meditation: 

One of the best tools for happy life, Yes- Happiness, it’s all that matter at end as you all experienced. So it will rest to your junk thought forever. It takes practice/ time to be little good in meditation.

If you want to be more accurate then, I got an idea. Try 1 minute program.

3) I minute program: 

I think it’s very simple & affordable to spend one minute for your betterment don’t matter how busy person you are.

You have to choose a specific work & time, right. For work I would like to suggest about reading but you can do what you wish to do & fix 1 minute random time from 24 hours.

Now, what you have to do is to read minimum 1 minute daily at same time for that if you have to leave your most important project/ meeting then take off for 1 minute except emergency.

Practice it daily. You can’t imagine after period the magic of just 1 minute, I bet it will affect your life somewhere. If you are honest with you in practice 1 minute program. It will surely change your life.

4)Shortcuts

 Its shortcut sometime I prefer it, when any unnecessary thought comes to your mind then start moving head for the few second, it’s like you on emergency mode, where everything becomes unstable for a moment same instability happens with unnecessary thoughts.

Now, I think it’s enough.

Poem , a universal communication contains everything in it .

When we are alone , needs motivation to move ahead we wish to see or hear something that we want and feels better like a person needs water who  lost in deserts , Here I think poem is one to play a role of it .

                                              Shelter From The Storm"

'Twas in another lifetime one of toil and blood

When blackness was a virtue, the road was full of mud

I came in from the wilderness a creature void of form

"Come in," she said,

"I'll give you shelter from the storm."

And if I pass this way again you can rest assured

I'll always do my best for her on that I give my word

In a world of steel-eyed death and men who are fighting to be warm

"Come in," she said,

"I'll give you shelter from the storm."

Not a word was spoke between us there was little risk involved

Everything up to that point had been left unresolved

Try imagining a place where it's always safe and warm

"Come in," she said,

"I'll give you shelter from the storm."

I was burned out from exhaustion buried in the hail

Poisoned in the bushes and blown out on the trail

Hunted like a crocodile ravaged in the corn

"Come in," she said,

"I'll give you shelter from the storm."

Suddenly I turned around and she was standing there

With silver bracelets on her wrists and flowers in her hair

She walked up to me so gracefully and took my crown of thorns

"Come in," she said,

"I'll give you shelter from the storm."

Now there's a wall between us something there's been lost

I took too much for granted, I got my signals crossed

Just to think that it all began on an uneventful morn

"Come in," she said,

"I'll give you shelter from the storm."

Well the deputy walks on hard nails and the preacher rides a mount

But nothing really matters much it's doom alone that counts

And the one-eyed undertaker he blows a futile horn

"Come in," she said,

"I'll give you shelter from the storm."

I've heard newborn babies wailing like a mourning dove

And old men with broken teeth stranded without love

Do I understand your question man, is it hopeless and forlorn?

"Come in," she said,

"I'll give you shelter from the storm."

In a little hilltop village they gambled for my clothes

I bargained for salvation and she gave me a lethal dose

I offered up my innocence, I got repaid with scorn

"Come in," she said,

"I'll give you shelter from the storm."

Well I'm living in a foreign country but I'm bound to cross the line

Beauty walks a razor's edge someday I'll make it mine

If I could only turn back the clock to when God and her were born

"Come in," she said,

"I'll give you shelter from the storm."

EXPERIENCE

YOUR DEFEAT SHOULD BE ADMIRABLE AND GLORIOUS THAN VICTORY OF CHEATERS .

I am in suspicion from where to start . How it will make you pleasant , by the way , i have to start at least . Here it is :-

The heading of bio gives me enormous energy that i could not explain . 

Again as usual , please pardon for any mistake and your comment and suggestion are welcome .

Do what you love and love what you have to do . Enjoy every moment , Life is too short to regret and hate .

The situation that i am facing presently is quite interesting on every step a problem of either ideas , finance , society and of course emotion and lack of experience , that bought here .

Few days ago i met a person ( say either investor or producer ) , I told him i want to make a movie , i need you financial help . As a bussiness he firstly demand his maximum profit , i replied in  YES .

There were few more condition and if i agreed that yet i get opportunity to be a director or say script writer too and may be actor . At this age my eager to be good or my dream are on its peak , it is in hurry when to touch the goal after knowing , there is no shortcut way for success . By the way  i have dream to be good person from the the way being a model for next generations .

The person told me to answer after decision , next day . His one condition was like selling my country on small  level morally as i feel or think .

• It was just like to sell or advertise alcohol by saying enjoy alcohol free drink .
• Whole night i have only two scenes in my mind one was my dream or career and on otherside condition .
• I knew that i am not mature to talk most experienced and aged person at marketing line , i was not blind too .
• That day i realised most person in cultured dress are really not and vice -versa .
  At this small age and coming from that society where except few all understands study means settle ( a good job ) . There are many limitations in almost very works . They actually enjoy the lifes of rules without making sense and forget for a moment what they are , why he choose to be human , what he likes  , where he enjoys alots .
• They will only tell you i know everything , you think i spend my all life without any cause , i have seen many people like you , do what seniors told , they are more intelligent than you ( Hamne bahut duniya dekhi hai , aishe hi mera umra itna nahi ho gaya , tere jaishe bahut log hamne dekhe , JYADAA HAWA ME MAT UROO , Chup se bado ka kehna mano wo tumse jyada samajhdaar hai ) .

AFTER WAKING ALL NIGHTS I DECIDED MY WHOLE LIFE IS REST NOW , I AM GROWING AND MY FIRST STEP SHOULD BE NOT LIKE THIS . IN MY LIFE I PREFFERED EXPERIENCE , PROCESS THAN OTHER FACTOR .

WHEN I DECIDED TO SAY NO , IT WAS LIKE A HEROIC FEELINGS IN MYSELF . THAT WAS FEELINGS OF RARE , A REAL HAPPINESS .

NEXT DAY I CALLED HIM AND REPLIED , MAY BE ONE DAY YOU WILL BE AT GOOD POSITION THAN ME IT WILL BE YOU CHOICE AND ITS MINE , I DON’T WANT TO WORK . AND ONE THING I CAN BET YOU :-

MY DEFEAT WILL BE GLORIOUS THAN YOUR VICTORY .

I , never want to fall myself in front of me .

At least i will never repent . And gets gut to take my decision , really i also dont know my future , One thing i know i can work infinitely for my dream that is in my hand .

Life is race , Be a racer not horse , because you are human and you at least know about yourself .

Enjoy every moments openly , always learn new things and Have your own point of view .

you can share your story , ideas ,We will together make a comfort nation , life and a better place for our coming generations .
